Look what I got! Sept 2 we will have been married for 2 years and I got my present a little early! Yea!
All of you Embroiderer’s out there can I use regular thread on the machine also or is that a no no?
I can see it now I will be embroidering my hubby’s name in his underwear lol.

oooh…you are a lucky, lucky girl. 🙂 machine emb designs are usually digitized for a certain weight thread. serious emb people will say “no” to regular thread. however, i tend to not follow the rules. if it works, i use it. cheaper thread sheds quite a bit which can look not so nice for emb. i have a collection of emb thread, but have used a bit of regular thread in a pinch.
